This workshop is specifically designed and delivered by Michael O’ Toole with practicality to the fore. Michael is a stress management specialist and having worked across the Human Resources, Occupational Safety and Health and Welfare and Learning and Development disciplines for 25 years and is well positioned to assist with your organisational needs. Michael is a Chartered member of the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health since 2000, and the Learning and Development Institute Ireland since 1995 and the Irish Association Counsellors and Psychotherapist since 2005.
