Mentoring

It is more common than is recognised that newly appointed talented managers struggle because they find themselves unable to process the demands of their new role or / and the challenges of managing people, often due to a lack of confidence in their own ability. This mentoring process is a flexible and cost – effective support for newly appointed managers in the first year of their role. It adapts to the needs of the manager and can work with specific issues or provide general support in their role as required.

The support has been described as a very helpful touch point to talk through thought processes in a confidential environment that makes for a win / win for the organisation and the newly appointed manager. For more information contact michael@rbi.ie
